In order to assist you with questions concerning a declined transaction during non-business hours, please call the 24/7/365 Transaction Assistance Line. Most questions concerning the nature of your decline can be answered in minutes. In most cases, the analyst can update the account to allow approval of the transaction. (Some restrictions may apply).
Cardholders in the U.S. can call 800-547-1335.
If you are planning a trip out of state or out of the country, please notify us before you leave. Additionally, if you are making a purchase outside of your “normal” spending pattern, please notify us before you attempt the transaction to ensure you are not inconvenienced with a transaction denial.
For travel notifications, please be prepared to provide us with the dates and destination of your upcoming travel along with the last four digits of the card number.
